The innovative X-shaped dome configuration provides a sculptural architectural form that distributes structural loads efficiently while enhancing fire resistance through its continuous, non-combustible steel shell. Inside, the layout centers on an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that flows seamlessly beneath the soaring arched ceilings. The first-floor master suite offers comfort and universal accessibility for aging in place, while the upper level includes three additional bedrooms connected by a central game loft—creating a flexible family space that encourages connection and creativity.
