The new ENT Specialists of Idaho building is a thoughtful, purpose-driven facility designed to unite the practices of Dr. Terry Baker, Dr. Kevin Hanks, and Dr. Ryan Hall under one roof, creating a comprehensive center for otolaryngology (ear, nose & throat) care. This ”mountain modern” design features an elegant and engaging exterior facade with shared exam and procedure rooms in a racetrack layout with centralized nurse stations and documentation areas that support seamless collaboration among team members

Beyond just co-locating practices, the facility is intended to foster synergy including shared resources, coordinated scheduling, and integrated support services like head & neck imaging, audiology, allergy testing and staff administration. The design emphasizes patient flow and comfort, balancing private exam and treatment rooms with airy common waiting and circulation areas. WELL Building principles were utilized to focus on health and wellbeing for both patients and staff including energy efficient design, Red-list free finishes for reduced chemical exposure, advanced HVAC filtration, daylighting, use of acoustic zoning and sound-absorbing materials, and artwork featuring nature scenes by a local photographer.
